Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Creativeco Goes event taking place in Croatia from September 16th to 20th, 2024.
In this text, the term "organizer" refers solely to the designated individuals organizing the Creativeco Goes event (Anrietta Kuosku, Pyry Klemettilä, and Tytti-Kaarina Myöhänen). The term "participant" refers to individuals purchasing a participation spot.

By registering, the participant agrees to abide by the terms mentioned herein unless stated otherwise in the announcement. The organizer reserves the right to make changes.
Disclaimer
Participants join at their own risk and are responsible for their own accident and travel insurance. The organizer is not liable for any harm to participants or their property during the Creativeco Goes event.
2. Registration and Payment
The price of the Creativeco Goes event is €1200 (+ VAT 24%) during the pre-sale period and €1500 (+ VAT 24%) thereafter. Prices include a reservation fee of €300 (+ VAT 24%). Please note that registration is binding.
The price includes accommodation for four nights, a pre-planned program, a rich breakfast each morning, snacks, and the opportunity to capture unlimited content in a stunning setting.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for seven participants in addition to the organizers. The Creativeco Goes event will take place if there are at least five participants. Once five individuals have registered, they will receive an invoice with the reservation fee. The reservation fee must be paid by the due date. Once the participant has paid the reservation fee, their spot is secured. The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The final invoice will be sent to the participant via email or as an e-invoice in three installments. The participant must pay the full amount for the Creativeco Goes event by July 16th, 2024. The Creativeco Goes event qualifies as deductible training for entrepreneurs.
3. Flights
The organizer is not responsible for participants' flights, and they are not included in the Creativeco Goes event price. The organizer recommends flight options to participants, but participants must purchase their own flights to the destination. Note: Please do not purchase a flight until you receive confirmation that the Creativeco Goes event will proceed.
4. Cancellation Policy
The total fee/reservation fee for the Creativeco Goes event is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. If desired, a participant can replace themselves with another individual if the participant themselves falls ill.
We recommend travel insurance for sudden illness cases.
Participants must inform the organizer of cancellations as soon as possible before the start of the Creativeco Goes event. If a participant fails to notify, they are obligated to pay their share in full. Cancellations must be communicated to the organizer in writing via email: hello@creativeco.fi
5. Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the Creativeco Goes event due to force majeure or a low number of participants. Participants will be notified promptly. The organizer is not obliged to compensate for any expenses incurred by the cancellation, such as flight tickets.
If the Creativeco Goes event is canceled due to unexpected reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, armed conflict, pandemic), the organizer is not obligated to refund money. If the Creativeco Goes event is canceled due to compelling personal reasons of the organizers (e.g., illness, accident), all funds will be refunded to the participant.
